PML-N supports govt. in war against terror: Nawaz Sharif
Updated at: 2030 PST, Tuesday, October 14, 2008
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-N Chief Mian Nawaz Sharif has once again assured government of PML-N’s unflinching support in war against terrorism. He said there would be no point scoring on the issue.

Sharif said this while addressing a party meeting held at the Punjab House here. PML-N Chief said he expects the government to devise a joint national policy against terrorism taking all political forces on board in recent in-camera session of the parliament.

The meeting was attended by PML-N central leaders. Nawaz Sharif said it was high time and his party would support the government unconditionally to steer the nation out of crises.

Sharif expressed his dissatisfaction over in-camera briefing, however, he urged on PML-N parliamentarians to make the session more effective through active participation. He asked government to come up with a clear policy on war against terror and assured the government of PML-N support.
