Lawyers Long March begins from Karachi and Quetta

  KARACHI: The caravans of lawyers and political workers gathering at Mazar-e-Quaid here Monday as long march for restoration of the deposed judges starting from Karachi and Quetta.

The long march in Karachi started this morning from Mazar-e-Quaid where lawyers, members of civil society and workers of political parties were gathering to participate in the march.

The march will reach Sohrab Goth to move towards Hyderabad. The convoys of bar associations of various cities and towns would join the long march and it will reach Islamabad on June 12.

Meanwhile, the lawyers long march has also started from Quetta participated by large number of lawyers.

President Supreme Court Bar, Barrister Aitizaz Ahsan has said that the participants of the march will reach in front of the Parliament in federal capital on June 12.
